  • Provide a lifesharing home for adults with diverse physical, neurological and cognitive capabilities living and working with typically-abled adults.
  • Provide an environment for work and social interaction where both typical and diverse individuals can be employed and feel personally respected, secure and supported.
  • Provide appropriate training and supervision for work and play, taking into account a diversity of skills, capabilities and personalities, in such areas as gardening, food preparation, handcrafts and music.
  • Manage the home, and coordinate counseling and therapy services appropriate to each resident.
